Legal Fees & Costs
Hiring us should feel secure — both practically and financially. That’s why we are always open and transparent about our fees. With us, you will never encounter unexpected costs or hidden charges. We inform you well in advance about what applies to your specific case and any potential additional expenses, so that you can make well-founded decisions based on a clear assessment.
We primarily work on an hourly rate basis, but in certain cases we can offer fixed prices — for example, for simpler assignments or contract drafting. When we begin an engagement, you will always receive a preliminary cost estimate, based on the scope of the matter and the work involved.
We value long-term relationships with our clients and strive to deliver high quality in every detail. Standard Rates & Fixed Fees
Where possible, we prefer to offer fixed fees or package rates to minimize uncertainty. For more complex matters, we may charge based on our hourly rate.

Cost Estimates & Agreements
Before commencing work, we provide a written cost estimate and a fee agreement outlining services, billing structure, and payment terms. You will always know in advance what you will pay.
If there are any material changes in scope or unexpected difficulties, we will inform you and seek your consent before continuing.
Legal Aid
In certain legal situations — for example in matters involving child custody, visitation, child support, or enforcement of judgments — you may be entitled to state-funded legal aid.
This is financial assistance regulated by the Legal Aid Act, which can fully or partially cover the cost of legal advice and representation.
We help you determine whether you meet the conditions for receiving legal aid. Eligibility depends on factors such as your income, the type of case, and whether you have already received initial legal advice. We ensure that your application is completed correctly — and that you receive the support you are entitled to.
If legal aid is granted, the state pays all or part of your legal representative’s costs, while you usually only pay a small legal aid fee.
We stand by your side throughout the entire process — from the first consultation to the conclusion of your case — ensuring you get the right help, in the right way.
